Starters

• Homemade tomato and basil soup served with a crusty roll
• Halloumi fries served with garlic mayo and salad garni
• Prawn & vegetable spring rolls served with a lemon mayo and salad garni
• Haggis roundels in a panko crumb served with a chilli liaison and salad garni

Mains

• Balmoral chicken – Chicken stuffed with haggis and wrapped with bacon then served with a whisky sauce, parsley mash and vegetables
• Salmon and prawn tagliatelle – Salmon and prawns served in a creamy garlic tagliatelle
• Mushroom and mixed pepper risotto – Chef’s homemade risotto infused with mixed peppers and mushrooms
• Pork loin – Tender pork loins served on a bed of creamed leeks and topped with a wholegrain mustard sauce. Served with chips and vegetables

Desserts

• Trio of mini cheesecakes served with chef’s own fruit couli
• Loveheart pancakes served with strawberries and chocolate sauce
• Choice of lemon or orange sorbet

Extras

Additional nights would be £149 per room including dinner and breakfast.
If you wanted to upgrade to a family room so your kids can come too, the costs would be as below:
Children under 12 are £32 each per night – Kiddies menu followed by ice cream.
Children over 12 are £48 each per night
