Booking Terms

• A provisional booking will be held for 10 days only
• Please see our terms and conditions for our cancellation / postponement policies
• Additional guest accommodation will require a £20 deposit per room per night
• Additional guest meals will require a £5 deposit per person regardless of age
• Package balances are due 3 months before the date of a wedding
• Reception meal balances are due no less than 3 weeks before the date of a wedding
• Any accommodation discount in the package only applies to accommodation booked direct with The Mill and not through any online portal

Additional Costs

The fees for the minister or registrar to conduct the ceremony are the responsibility of the happy couple and are not included in the package price.

• Minister: £140 (Minister’s Fees, approx) + £100 (Registration Fee – payable to Gretna Registry Office along with M10 Forms)
• Registrar: £400 (Mon-Fri) or £596 (Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)
• N.B. You only require a minister OR a registrar to conduct the ceremony NOT both.
