Booking Terms
- A provisional booking will be held for 10 days only
- Please see our terms and conditions for our cancellation / postponement policies
- Additional guest accommodation will require a £30 deposit per room per night
- Additional guest meals will require a £10 deposit per person regardless of age
- Package balances are due 3 months before the date of a wedding
- Reception meal balances are due no less than 3 weeks before the date of a wedding
- Any accommodation discount in the package only applies to accommodation booked direct with The Mill and not through any online portal
Exclusive to You Booking Terms
- Not available for ceremony only or reception only
- This offer is only available to parties of 40 or more
- To book this offer a deposit of £2,500 is required. Please see our terms and conditions for our cancellation policy
- Extra deposits of £30 per room per night will be required for additional guest accommodation on days other than the wedding day
- One of the two nights for the accommodation in the package MUST be the night of the wedding
- Double rooms can be upgraded to family rooms (Costs apply)
- None of our other offers are applicable when The Mill Forge is used exclusively
- Balance of payment is due 3 months before the wedding date
- Bookings subject to availability
- Any accommodation discount only applies to accommodation booked direct with The Mill. (Once an Exclusive package has been booked, all accommodation will be blocked off and can only be booking by contacting us direct.)
Additional Costs
The fees for the minister or registrar to conduct the ceremony are the responsibility of the happy couple and are not included in the package price.
- Minister: £140 (Minister’s Fees, approx) + £100 (Registration Fee – payable to Gretna Registry Office along with M10 Forms)
- Registrar: £425 (Mon-Fri) or £641 (Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)
- N.B. You only require a minister OR a registrar to conduct the ceremony NOT both.
