We also have a very special Valentine's ofer for the 14th and 15th of Februrary 2025. Priced at just £149 it includes a night in a comfortable double room with a delicious 3 course menu put together by our talented chef.

Included in the Dinner B&B offer are:

DBB Upgrades

Additional nights would be £100 per room including dinner and breakfast. (£149 for Valentine's offer)

If you wanted to upgrade to a family room so your kids can come too, the costs would be as below:

Children under 12 are £25 each per night – Kiddies menu followed by ice cream. (£32 for Valentine's offer)

Children over 12 are £35 each per night (£48 for Valentine's offer)

Starters

  • Homemade vegetable soup – Served with a crusty roll
  • Haggis bon bons – A trio of homemade haggis bon bons served with a pot of pepper sauce and salad garnish
  • Marinated chicken kebab – Grilled chicken kebab served with a salad garnish and a dip of choice

Mains

  • Kilted Soldier – Locally sourced Cumberland sausage filled with apple stuffing or haggis, wrapped in streaky bacon and served with a creamy mash, vegetables and a rich gravy
  • Shipyard ale battered haddock – Served with chips, salad and house tartare sauce
  • Panang curry – An aromatic coconut sauce with cauliflower, green beans, mange tout, and peppers. Served with basmati rice and naan bread. Add chicken for £3.50 supplement
  • 8oz Rump steak (£10 supplement) – Accompanied by onion rings, fried mushrooms, homemade coleslaw, salad and chips

Starters

  • Homemade tomato and basil soup served with a crusty roll
  • Halloumi fries served with garlic mayo and salad garni
  • Prawn & vegetable spring rolls served with a lemon mayo and salad garni
  • Haggis roundels in a panko crumb served with a chilli liaison and salad garni

Mains

  • Balmoral chicken – Chicken stuffed with haggis and wrapped with bacon then served with a whisky sauce, parsley mash and vegetables
  • Salmon and prawn tagliatelle – Salmon and prawns served in a creamy garlic tagliatelle
  • Mushroom and mixed pepper risotto – Chef’s homemade risotto infused with mixed peppers and mushrooms
  • Pork loin – Tender pork loins served on a bed of creamed leeks and topped with a wholegrain mustard sauce. Served with chips and vegetables

Desserts

  • Trio of mini cheesecakes served with chef’s own fruit couli
  • Loveheart pancakes served with strawberries and chocolate sauce
