Every member of staff is an important part of our team and all genuinely care about the level of service we offer our customers.

All of our management team have worked at The Mill Forge for a number of years and all have started at the bottom in their various departments before earning promotion to the management team.

While we see many hundreds of happy couples every year, we never forget that it is every couple’s special day and we strive to make sure couples have the day they’ve always dreamed of.
